Seniors, if you have had a school counselor that has impacted your life in a positive way, apply for the Utah USCA Scholarship!

What will you need?

-2 page double spaced essay about how a school counselor has impacted your life.
-2 letter of recommendation.
-a list of leadership, service, clubs or organizations you have been involved in and explain how you have become college ready.

You could win $1,000 for your efforts. Four awards will be given away at an awards night in February.

Criteria:
-If you have a counselor that has impacted your life in a positive way, this scholarship will award both you and your counselor.
-Applicants must be a high school senior who plans to attend college
-Scholarship monies are given directly to the student
-Four scholarships will be awarded during the week of February 2nd-8th
