TOOELE EDUCATION FOUNDATION:  JORDAN M. BYRD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)
Application: Jordan Byrd Scholarship Application
Deadline:  March 20, 2020
Criteria:
-GPA of 2.5 or higher during the graduating year.
-Intend to pursue a career in a medical field.
-Complete application form, including one essay, a certified high school transcript, letter of recommendation.
-List and describe your community service involvement.
-List and describe your leadership throughout school.
Award:  $500 (possibility of multiple awards)

Application:  Jordan Byrd Silver Star Scholarship Application
Deadline:  March 20, 2020
Criteria:
-GPA of 3.5 or higher during the graduating year.
-Intend to pursue a career in a medical field.
-Complete application form, including two essays, a certified high school transcript, letter of recommendation, list of medical work-related experience or classes.
-List of community service and leadership
Award:  $1500 (possibility of multiple awards)
