TOOELE EDUCATION FOUNDATION: DALTON DONATE 4 LIFE NURSING/MEDICAL SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)
Application: Dalton Donate For Life Scholarship Application
Deadline:  March 19, 2021
Criteria:
-Complete and submit the application
-Must be a senior, or a junior graduating early, from a Tooele County School District high school. Students graduating from adult education are also eligible to apply.
-Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout high school (certified transcript required)
-Essay, not to exceed 800 words. The essay should include information about yourself, your understanding and knowledge about organ donation, and why you are planning a career in a nursing/medical field.
-Letter of recommendation
-Leadership and community service
-List of medical related classes and/or experience
Award:  $500 (6 awards)

TOOELE EDUCATION FOUNDATION: “STEP IT UP” SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)
Application: Step It Up Scholarship Application
Deadline: March 19, 2021
Criteria:
-Complete the application form
-Essay – Write an essay using the prompt provided (not to exceed 1000 words).
-Upload a certified transcript.
-Upload a Letter of recommendation.
Award: $1,000 (3 awards)
