-Will need 2 letters of recommendation
-Will need high school transcript
-Will need high school profile (can get from Counseling Office)
-Complete the application

ELKS SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)

-High School Senior with Special Needs, i.e. learning disability or health problems.
-Application must include a supporting letter from a doctor/professional person stating the nature of the Special Needs Condition.
-Will need 2 letters of recommendation
-Will need a high school transcript
-Will need a high school profile (can get it from Counseling Office)
-Complete the application
