-Planning to enroll in college and majoring in one of those fields: Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
-Demonstrated financial need.

-Must be a first-generation high school senior.
-Must pursue a two or four-year degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar field.

-Member of an underrepresented ethnic minority in the field of engineering: African-American, Hispanic, or Native American.
-Accepted into an ABET-accredited engineering program at a four-year college or university.
-Must be a U.S. citizen.

-High school senior with a 3.0 GPA enrolled at a four-year college.
-Planning to major in Earth Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
-Requires a resume, transcript, letters of recommendation, and 6 short answer essays
