ACT Registration Deadline This Friday March 8th (April 13th Test Date)

The ACT test registration deadline is this Friday (March 8)!

Good luck to you all on your ACT test tomorrow.  Remember that if you are unhappy with the results of this test, you will have other opportunities to take it before you apply to college this next Fall. However, please come prepared, do your best, get a good nights sleep and eat a healthy breakfast.

In the event that you would like to sign up for the April 13th ACT, the deadline is March 8th.  Here is the link to sign up:

*You will have the chance to take a June, July, September and October test date before December 1, 2019 college scholarship deadlines.  If you are applying to the U of U next year, their deadline is November 1st so your last date to take the ACT is September 2019.*

ACT Student Champion Award

Students, if you have taken the ACT and achieved a 22 or higher, this may be for you!

The ACT student champion award recognizes one student in each state who is tenacious and persistent, no matter the challenge, and is prepared for life after high school with a goal in mind and a plan in place.

This award is especially good for students that are going to be attending college for the first time in their family (first generation college student).

Application: ACT Student Champion Award (Seniors)
Deadline: October 31, 2018
Criteria:
-A student who has overcome challenges and can show what they are going to after high school, whether it is entering the workforce, or getting a post secondary education.
-Students must have a 22 on the ACT and a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Award: $500
