The Coca-Cola Scholars program gives away 150 awards of $20,000! This scholarship does take some time so it is a good idea to get started early.

Deadline:  October 31, 2020
-Current high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the United States (or select DoD schools).
-U.S. Citizens; U.S. Nationals; U.S. Permanent Residents; Refugees; Asylees; Cuban-Haitian Entrants; or Humanitarian Parolees.
-Anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application.
-Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution.
-Carrying a minimum 3.00 GPA at the end of their junior year of high school.
-Based on leadership, achievement, and character
Award:  $20,000 (150 awards) and Community College stipends that vary from $1,000-$1,500 (200 awards).

Deadline: September 30, 2020
:  You must be a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior or a current or entering college or graduate school student of any level. Home schooled students are also eligible. There is no age limit. You must also be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
Description:  You will be asked to write a 140 character statement about texting and driving.  Finalists will be asked to submit a 500 to 1,000 word essay about texting and driving.
Award: $1,000

Final Regents’ Scholarship Deadline Coming Up

If you applied for the Regents’, please remember that final transcripts need to be sent and are due July 1st to show your graduation date and completed classes. Those will be sent electronically by our office, but we need your names so we know who needs them sent. If we don’t have your name, we cannot send them.

There are also other requirements you have to complete such as proof of enrollment and/or deferment. Please get this done before July1st!
Please email your name to Mrs. Bishop in the Counseling Office ASAP.
If you have completed college classes you will need to send transcripts from those colleges as well. If you are not sure how to send transcripts from the college you took concurrent enrollment from, please call the college’s admissions office. They will be able to tell you how to get those.
