-GPA of 2.5 or higher during the graduating year.
-Intend to pursue a career in the medical field.
-Complete the master application form, including one essay, and your high school transcript.
-List and describe your community-service involvement.
-List and describe your leadership throughout school.
Award:  $500 (possibility of multiple awards)
