Criteria:
-GPA of 3.5 or higher during the graduating year.
-Intend to pursue a career in the medical field.
-Complete master application form, including two essays, a certified high school transcript, list of medical work-related experience or classes.
-Willing to maintain contact with the Foundation to provide follow-up information and report on the use of the scholarship funds and progress you have made in advancing your education.
Award:  $1500 (possibility of multiple awards)
